Kapture CX Concludes the Second Edition of Their Annual Hackathon: KapHacks 2.0

This year’s event brought together 100 brilliant minds who showcased their innovation and creativity through 25 unique ideas.

KapHacks 2.0 is a platform for tech enthusiasts to come together, collaborate, and develop groundbreaking solutions that can shape the future of customer experience. The competition was fierce, but three teams emerged as the top contenders, impressing the judges with their innovative concepts and exceptional execution.

The first-place team, CXPertVoice, particularly stood out with their innovative approach to leveraging voice technology in CX management.
