KAPTURE’S PRIVACY STATEMENT:

Through the Kapture’s Privacy statement, we intend to provide an outline of our privacy practices regarding personal information that we collect and process about users through various Modes.   • Customer End User Data: In delivering the Kapture service to Customers, Kapture collects specific Personal Data and other Non-Personal Data about the Customer’s End Users, as specified by the relevant Customer (“Customer’s End User Data”). Kapture does not manage or endorse any messages or requests for Customer’s End User Data that a customer directs to their End Users.
  • Recipients of marketing communications from us: If you are a potential lead or existing customer, we may process Personal Data about you in order to send you marketing communications.
  • Personnel that work for our Customers, partners and suppliers (including subcontractors and personnel who work for us as freelancers or contractors)
  • We may collect, process and store your Personal Data in connection with our provision of those Services to you, our receipt of those Services from you and/or our partnership. This may include Personal Data included in any email or telephone communications or recorded on any document relating to an order for the Services.
  • Are employed by a customer of our products and services where your information has been shared with us in our capacity as a controller (for example, during the contracting process)

Kapture has been compiled with the certifications like ISO/IEC 27001:2022, GDPR,HIPAA,SOC2 TYPE II in order to safeguard the data. Users have certain rights as a data subject (including but not limited to right to information, access, rectification, erasure, object, restriction of processing, right to complain), relating to Personal Information that Kapture process. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before users withdrawal. DATA PROCESSING:

Kapture process your Personal Information when it is necessary for the purposes of a legitimate interest pursued by us or a third party (when these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights), for instance, when we need to understand your usage of our website and interaction with the same, for generating your secure login credentials, or to optimize our processes.

We process your Personal Information with your consent. Where we process Personal Data based on consent, your consent is revocable at any time, for instance, when registering and inviting you for events organized by us, or for sharing our marketing related communications with you.

We may process your personal Information to comply with any Legal obligations on us, including to applicable laws and protecting our legal rights, seeking remedies, and defending against claims

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We will retain Personal Data only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected, as set out in this Notice. Kapture’s privacy practices regarding Personal Information that we collect and store about you through our portals such as Recruitment will be as per the privacy policy of those portals. Kapture provides links to third-party websites and services. However, Kapture is not responsible for the privacy statements, practices, or the contents of such third-party websites.
